I love bright colors and yet always find myself dressed in the same neutral palette each week. I mentioned in this post over a month ago now that I really wanted to make more of an effort to wear brighter colors this spring, but have yet to truly uphold the promise, so today I decided to throw on one of my favorite colorful sweaters. With the still-chilly May we’ve been experiencing in the Northeast, it’s been harder to fully transition out of a winter wardrobe, which is why I love light sweaters like this one from Banana Republic, as it’s thin enough to layer in the winter, and perfect on it’s own for a cooler spring day like today. Combined with my favorite pair of white cropped jeans, and a comfortable pair of mules, the outfit makes for the perfect work from home look that’s comfortable enough to wear all day.
Right now there are still a few sizes left of this sweater in purple, as well as neon yellow, bright red, and hot pink if you’re looking for a bold statement piece, and they are all currently on sale.
Outfit Details: Sweater, Jeans, Banana Republic Mules (similar here), Banana Republic Satya sunglasses (similar here)
Below you can shop this look along with some of my other favorite purple sweaters right now
