A few of this week’s highlights include my go-to fall outfit, a few virtual concerts to check out this week, and some fun Halloween ideas for masks and decorating a pumpkin – keep scrolling to view more.
A Classic Fall Look – One of my favorite things to wear in the fall is this corduroy jacket from L.L.Bean that I’ve had for years. In college I styled it with concert tees and Converse, and lately I’ve been interested in playing around with layers, and dressing it up a bit more. While I’ve always considered the jacket a classic staple, it seems that the “Shacket” craze is definitely making waves this season, so if you’re looking for an essential fall layering piece, it’s definitely a worthy investment that you’ll love for years to come.
Outfit Details: Loft tank (colors and sizes are low – similar styles here and here), L.L. Bean Corduroy (white is not available this year – similar here and here, Mango Jeans, Mules, Crossbody (old) similar here and here, fedora (similar), Banana Republic Satya Sunglasses (similar)
Concerts to Stream – Sean McVerry and Glassio are performing this Wednesday, October 7, with Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn, and both of their new albums are seriously worth a listen. Click here to purchase a ticket.
Future Islands will be debuting tracks off their latest album this Friday, October 9, and after listening to just two new singles, I know it will be an amazing show.

Seriously in love with these pumpkin painting ideas! I will definitely be trying out numbers 13, 19, and 53.
The cutest leopard print booties for fall – These booties look and feel expensive, you’d never know that they only cost $30!
Fall road trip anyone? Here’s a list of off the beaten path drives to check out the best of New England’s foliage this year.
New Girl Fans – have you watched Lamorne Morris’ new Hulu series Woke yet? I’ve been dying to check it out but would love to know what you thought if you’ve seen it!
A few helpful tips and insights if you’ve been feeling particularly down and out lately.
Definitely picking up a few of these adorable Halloween themed masks!
