The Statement Sleeve Sweater

If there’s one thing I love about dressing for fall and winter, it’s the sweaters. This year, one of the trends I am loving most is statement sleeve sweaters. Whether it is ruffles, fringe, or even just a balloon sleeve, these fun embellishments add such great volume, length, and texture to a piece. One of the first sweaters I fell in love with this season was this adorable fringe sleeve sweater from Ann Taylor which is sadly almost sold out. For this look I decided to balance the sweater out with my favorite pair of wide-leg jeans, and a simple pair of black boots. With more going on on top, it’s easy to pair a statement sweater with jeans, a classic pair of trousers, or even just a comfortable pair of leggings and still look polished, and effortlessly chic.
